Description:
The Marketing Specialist is accountable for delivering and providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient support in terms of marketing and employer branding activities as well as communication through Hungarian company’s channels. The person in this role shall be proactive in dealing with queries and issues related to marketing and employer branding activities and events. Among many duties this person will also be preparing both internal & external communication. The Marketing Specialist will be working within, while also promote the Company Values – Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, Effective Communication and Empowerment.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Being responsible for planning and creating marketing campaigns and communications for Cpl /Covalen Hungary both online and offline in response to business requests and based on business needs analysis.
• Creating new attractive content on company’s website in accordance with all good SEO practices. Website managing, development and updating (both in English and (Hungarian) - ensuring that all details are up-to-date and complete; CMS knowledge – e.g.: WordPress.
• Content creation – sales presentations, brochures, guidebooks, handbooks, leaflets, market reports and articles.
• Managing and driving company’s social media channels (incl. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other); including creating the necessary graphics.
• Practical experience in the field of online advertising campaigns (social media paid ads, Google ads), including ongoing analysis of marketing data from completed campaigns and presentation of their results (campaign results, conversion rates, activity on the website, unique views, etc.).
• Preparation of simple graphic assets (e.g. using Canva).
• Proposing and implementing employer branding and marketing campaigns in line with Cpl strategy and in benefit of and for Cpl Clients.
• Conducting market research in terms of collecting information on the preferences, trends, client understanding in selected areas necessary for the activities of the Marketing Department.
• Providing support in organisation of company’s events externally, internally, and proactive approach and support for promotional events.
• Cooperation with other Supporting Functions in terms of internal communication i.e. Newsletter creation; conduction research to implement new tools to improve internal communication.
• Liaise with external vendors (PR agencies, printing houses, graphics, freelancers) to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns (e.g. career offices); job boards management.
• Attending brainstorms and meetings to develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns within CEE Region, if needed.
• Collaboration with marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. • Assistance and/or coordination of projects in cooperation with Marketing Lead to implement local and global initiatives.
• Providing ad hoc assistance upon request of Managerial Team.
• Accountability for acting in line with the law, Employer’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Essential Competencies:
The suitable candidate must have a deep-rooted passion for delivering success and will have formidable experience, as well as working knowledge of:
• The ideal candidate will have B2B experience and solid computer skills, including MS Office, knowledge of graphic programmes e.g. Canva
• Experience in working with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing methodologies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools as an advantage.
• Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in Hungarian and English.
• Detail oriented. ;
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable when required.
• Creativity and determination in delivering projects end-to-end.
• Experienced to motivate, engage, and identify targeted audiences.
• Accuracy and pro-active approach.
• Good time management. Candidate experience:
• 3 plus years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in recruitment industry as an advantage.
• BS/MS degree in marketing, journalism, communications or equivalent as advantage
