About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide premium support to travelers. No prior experience is required – your genuine interest in travel and natural ability to help others are the perfect starting points!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for premium travel inquiries
- Provide expert advice on flights, products, services, and loyalty programs
- Assist with ticket purchases and various payment methods
- Offer support for travel-related challenges
- Engage with passengers via phone and chat
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Fluency in German, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)
- Natural inclination for customer service and teamwork
- Enthusiasm, patience, and open-mindedness
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work from our Warsaw office
