🎯 Account Executive Entrepreneur – Central Europe
💰 €47.5k Base + 47.5k = €100k OTE (Hybrid)
(after 1year, if no promotion jumps up 52.5k + 52.5k after 1 years, after achieving 100% for 12 months, and go up again after 2 years)
Account Executives (AEs) manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead qualification to demos and closing deals, while handling multiple prospects at once. Top-performing AEs close over 70% of opportunities, forecast sales accurately, and strategically manage their territories to ensure long-term success.
🔑 Minimum 1 year experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions (essential).
Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
Experienced in and highly comfortable with outbounding and have creative techniques/ strategies

🎯 Account Executive SMB (Small Medium Business) – Central Europe
💰 €65k Base + €65k = €130k OTE (Hybrid)
(They have the BDR support 25%, 25% partners lead, 50% direct hunting)
Account Executives (AEs) in this organization handle the entire sales process independently, from qualifying leads to conducting demos, guiding prospects through the buying journey, and closing deals. They juggle multiple prospects simultaneously, often closing over 70% of their opportunities. Successful AEs excel in accurate forecasting, strategic territory management, and consistently driving long-term value from their assigned regions.
🔑 Minimum 2+ years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions (essential)
Experience selling to C-Suite/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
