Cpl Healthcare has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with a multinational healthcare technologies company, in Co Kilkenny.
Our client produces healthcare products in medical devices, nutritional products and generic medications. This is a fulltime post working 39 hours per week.
The successful candidate will contribute to the health and wellbeing of the employees within their Diabetes Care Division, Kilkenny, through the effective implementation of Occupational Health programmes. You will work closely with the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager, Management, and the Occupational Health Physician.
To be considered for the role, the following selection criteria will apply:
- Registered Nurse with up-to-date NMBI registration
- Recognised Occupational Health qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in an occupational health setting.
- Experience with Occupational Health practices, policies, and procedures, return to work, absence management and immunisations.
- Competent in utilizing IT programs and databases.
- Ability to analyse and report information.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development to maintain registration.
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively.
- Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Eligible to work in Ireland
