Cpl are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client in their technical Operations department as a Business Process Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for streamlining and optimising business processes with a primary focus on effective on-boarding, personnel development and communication strategies.
This is a fully onsite contract role based on the client site in Limerick.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business processes improvement, project management or organisational development.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify problems, evaluate options ad implement effective solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with individuals across all levels of the organisation.
- High level of proficiency on SharePoint architecture, MS Office Suite & Power apps.
- Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis and project management tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
