We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including payroll processing, managing patient accounts, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Patient Accounts: Manage and maintain patient account records, including billing and payments.
- General Office Duties: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing and managing patient accounts is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
