Title: Part-Time Customer Screening Investigator Location: College Green / hybrid
This is a part-time opportunity and the working days/hours are Sat/Sun 7am – 5pm
The role holder is responsible for maintenance of day to day operations within the Customer Screening Team

Primary Responsibilities:
· Daily Screening & investigation of Customer Screening alerts for Sepa IP, Sanctions, PEPs and Adverse Media,
· Recording of correct rationale used to discount or True Match an Alert.
· Refer escalated Alerts to management for further review.
· Ensure sanction matches are identified in a timely manner and that key stakeholders are briefed without delay (Group Regulatory Compliance and Operational Risk Team/ Regulatory Authorities).
· Support the transition of new products and service lines into the department and participate in projects as required.
· Provide day-to-day support to the Team Leader/Manager in assisting on-going compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Assist in the development of MI as required.
