- Our client, a well-recognized company based in Cork, is seeking a payroll specialist for an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering timely and accurate payroll management information while handling various finance-related tasks. - Key Responsibilities:
- • Assisting in the processing of fortnightly Payroll for staff
- • Assisting with processing of expenses for employees in a timely manner and in-line with company policies
- • Setting up deductions as required
- • Manage staff and manager queries through Service Now in relation to Time, Absence and expenses on the MyWork system
- • Maintain standard operating procedures for all payroll relevant activities
- • Validating Starter and Leaver information on Core HR Payroll
- • Providing salary certs for employees when required
- • Generate weekly timecards for all employees
- • Liaising with HR and pension departments to validate payroll information
- • Reconciliation of timecards on My Work
- • Escalate and raise any issues as they arise
- Qualifications:
- • IPASS Qualification
- • 2+ years relevant payroll experience
- • Team Player but can work on their own as required
- • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Core HR
