Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for security-first development? This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand-new security platform and squad from the ground up within a global enterprise cybersecurity unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of a centralized application security platform.
- Enhance security and vulnerability scanning across the software development lifecycle.
- Drive security automation by integrating SAST, SCA, and secret scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical leadership and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a security-first culture across the enterprise.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development (Java, Python, Go).
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in application security tools such as SAST, SCA, DAST, WAF, and Pen Testing.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence security best practices.
