This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior colleague to join Cpl’s Science & Engineering Team. This is a full 360 recruiter role where you will build on existing client relationships within the Life Sciences market. Due to internal restructuring, and internal promotions, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to come in to a very warm Life Sciences technical desk. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest accounts in Ireland, as well as collaborating with our Life Sciences teams and clients in UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada and further afield. You will also be responsible for developing and managing new client relationships and business opportunities. You will mentor and support the existing team of high performing recruiters and be involved in the strategic growth of our temp and contract business in Ireland and beyond.

This role offers a unique learning experience and the opportunity to work alongside the most established science and engineering recruitment leaders in the Irish market.

Experience Required:

You will have a proven track record in 360 contingent recruitment, in a technical field. Ideally you will have experience in Life Sciences but all technical disciplines will be considered.
You will have excellent relationship development skills, and will have experience in business development and account management.
