We are proud to be launching a new state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our continued digital transformation and will function as a center of excellence for SiriusXM’s global Product and Technology organization.
SiriusXM’s new Dublin facility will comprise a workforce primarily focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, AdTech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in the new technology hub will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for SiriusXM’s streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
Role summary:
The PSO (Production Services Operations) Program Manager will be responsible for release and problem management for our Clients’s applications across the integrated services. You will also serve as an incident commander for issue resolution, stakeholder communication and process review to prevent disruptions. You must have a proven track record of program management including product definition and ownership, service definition and delivery and operational implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Execute enterprise-wide release management, including preparing ceremony with engineering and product for discovery, definition, planning, and implementation review
● Collaborate with the Product Operations team in launch operations execution, planning/process standardization, and communications/learnings
● Partner with product, engineering, IT and Security to define and maintain service level configuration database to provide reference for incident resolution and release communications
● Execute enterprise-wide incident command to drive resolution for production disruptions, and review model that improves upon technical issue resolution and stakeholder response
● Execute problem management, including Identifying root cause of incidents and partnering with engineering to implement preventative measures
● Improve program focus on ensuring operational excellence and maturity at scale
● Drive a culture of innovation and be an agent of change.
● Cultivate a culture that rewards aggressive pursuit of innovative solutions to problems
● Be responsive to the business in proposing and developing new products and services
Technical and Educational Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
● Minimum 2-4 years of program management for operational enablement
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation of preparation and presentation to executive leadership
● Ability to lead team meetings with a clear agenda, goals/objectives and detailed follow-up
