Recruitment & Relocation Specialist

We are looking for confident candidates to join our company based in Budapest with the opportunity of home office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the team in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interview scheduling, and selection;
· Collaborate with managers and team leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and interviewing;
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Manage the immigration and relocation process for candidates;
· Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, assisting with visa applications, work permits, and related documentation;
· Provide guidance and support to candidates regarding immigration requirements, cultural adjustments, and relocation logistics;
· Conduct needs assessments and develop customized relocation plans;
· Coordinate and oversee relocation logistics, including transportation and settling-in services.
Requirements and qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree is an advantage;
· Full-time (40 hours/week);
· Fluent Hungarian and English language;
· Open to learn the immigration and relocation process (no previous experience is needed in the area of immigration or relocation);
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders;
· Strong problem-solving abilities;
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
