Inside Sales Manager for EMEA & LATAM region is customer facing sales role, directly impacting and contributing to growing the revenue. The position is for a 2-year contract.
Job Description and responsibilities:
· Identifying and delivering on sales opportunities generated throughout the customer lifecycle
· Developing long-term partnership with customers - requires understanding of customer’s business, their challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals.
· Administration of client´s contracts and other documents in internal working tools
· Handling, initiating and tracking of sales process, communication and interaction with account teams, billing, technical operational departments, tracking of all new orders from initial receipt through to billing closure, customer issue investigation and resolution, ad-hoc reporting, etc.
· This role requires sometimes time flexibility (evening calls)
Requirements:
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· University degree (Business/Technical)
· Relevant experience in customer service / account management experience
· Industry knowledge / understanding of network technology
· Effective communication and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders
· Interest in technologies
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and eye for improvement and new initiatives
· Stress management while working towards delivering against targets
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
