Sales Administrator
Our client, based in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, a leading supplier of water treatment components who operate within the domestic, industrial, and commercial sectors, are seeking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Sales Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
As Sales Administrator your duties shall include the following:
· Reception duties, answering phone calls and dealing with the public within the reception area
· Maintaining a clean and professional work area and ensuring customers are always welcome
· Allocating calls to the correct individual within the sales/accounts team
· Working with our clients B2C brand
· Managing and growing the on-line presence for through updating of website content and regular social media posts
· Assisting with Lead Generation through Market Research, Mail Campaigns and direct calling of designated companies
· Attending Trade Fair Exhibitions to promote the company’s brand and products
· Updating CRM and Invoicing Sales, along with general admin duties
Skills & Experience that we need:
· A driven professional who wants to be part of a growing industry
· Experience working in a busy office environment
· Self-motivated and focused on driving sales
· Excellent to attention to detail
· MS office experience with excellent IT / Adminstration skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Background in Sales and Marketing would be a distinct advantage
Full training will be provided as part of initial induction and as part of a small team, you will have the full support of your colleagues.
The Offer:
This is a permanent position, fully onsite in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, with salary expected to be in the €3OK range, depending on the candidate’s experience, and career development opportunities.
