I'm seeking fluent German (Deutsch) speakers who are eager to kickstart their sales careers by offering Point of Sale (PoS) solutions tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.
Your mission...
You will be responsible for being the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners. You will deliver superior service and support to all internal/external sales staff, as well as sales partner relationships (Strategic Partners, Independent Sales Organizations, and Independent Contractors).
Your everyday...
- Preparing and delivering new applications generated by the Sales Team
- Coordinating and supporting applications daily, including, but not limited to reviewing problems reported, prioritising and researching these problems, determining the solutions, and resolving them.
- Review merchant’s applications for accuracy.
- Answering the onboarding team on open issues, and pending’s in the application process.
- Implementing approved MIDs and informing partners, merchants, and sales of implementation.
- Maintaining and updating the database of existing merchants and partners.
- Acting as a primary support contact internally and for our partners.
- To be a trusted source and backup to our salespersons and assist with common questions and administrative issues.
- Support sales by participating in important customer meetings.
- Developing positive relationships and daily communication internally, with partners and merchants regarding various administrative supporting issues.
- Internally escalating to management of major client problems, as brought to our attention by sales or partners.
What you bring to the table...
- Fluency in the German language at a native level
- Very good working knowledge of the English language
- High school diploma or equivalent previous sales experience
- Proficiency in Excel

- You're someone who is located in Frankfurt or who is happy to relocate for the right opportunity
- You have fluency in German and English as a working language
- Full-time work availability: 40 hours a week
- You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career
- You have very good communication skills/presentation (oral and written) coupled with the ability to use analytical data to support arguments
- You can work individually as well as in a team
- You're very good at time management
- You're strong, detailed knowledge of retail finance products and services
