My client is looking to recruit a Senior Front of House Receptionist in Dublin 8.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front of House / Concierge to oversee the resident experience and service at a high-end development consisting of approx. 876 apartments and houses.
In conjunction with the General Manager the overall focus is to operate and deliver an exceptional managed PRS scheme by focusing on resident satisfaction, community, operation of the amenity space, events co-ordination and on-site team assistance and support.
The ideal candidate should:
• Act as point of assistance for residents
• Be able to understand resident needs and manage accordingly.
• Answer the telephone and greet residents with a smile.
• Offer support day to day support to residents.
• Handle daily needs of the residents in his/her community.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
• Management of amenity space and operations
• Develop a community plan and engage with residents.
• Support Lettings Team with move in’s and co-ordination
• Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
• Work closely with General Manager to ensure optimum development performance.
Skills required:
· Proven experience as receptionist experience in customer service or relevant role
· Proficiency in English (written and oral)
· Excellent communication skills
· Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
· Ability in multitasking and time-management
· Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook and wider IT CRM systems
· A team player
