Senior HR Manager

Our client, a major player in the engineering, construction & facilities sector are now expanding their leadership team & have engaged with us in Cpl to help fill this newly created Senior HR Manager role in their Co. Tipperary HQ.
The Job:
As a key part of this leadership team & reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will cover a broad range of HR duties including, but not limited to, employee HR engagement, the design & delivery of new HR processes & procedures across the site, recruitment (both external hires & internal moves), overseeing training & L&D programmes, comps/bens benchmarking activities, taking ownership of HR budgets & projects as well as driving HR change throughout the group.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline ideally.
- 4-5+ years’ experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role.
- Experienced gained in a manufacturing, engineering or construction type environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & project management skills.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to range up to approx. 75k -85k for a suitably qualified candidate with excellent scope for further growth & development.
This role will be a fully office based.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
