Immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager with a proven ability to lead SAP Implementations end to end, ideally SAP S/4 Hana within a complex and highly regulated environments.
The role –
· Mobilise the SAP Programme establishing clarity and approvals on purpose, organisation value, scope, structure and delivery approach
· Construct a strategically aligned Programme and integrate constituent change initiatives/projects into a coherent Programme scope which establishes clarity of purpose and business outcome
· Prepare an integrated Programme Plan comprising delivery of constituent change initiatives/projects of Programme deliverables into operational use delivering targeted improvement/benefits
· Estimate Programme resources, human and financial required to deliver the Programme
· Deliver the SAP Programme by leading a cross-functional team in accordance with Programme plan
· Report regularly & accurately on Programme progress and budgetary performance ensuring Sponsor and Key Stakeholders are well informed and expectations well managed
· Manage the transitioning of Programme deliverables into operational use in collaboration with Operational management.
Skills required -
· At least 10 years Project Delivery experience leading successful ERP Implementations in the public and private sectors. Experienced leading at least 3 successful SAP implementations.
· Third level Degree qualified with Professional certification - IPMA, PMP, PgMP, MSP
· Ideally, professional certification in Change Management or experience in leading people change and familiarity with Change Management methodologies
· Experience in leading client–side Programmes with responsibility for delivery of all constituent change initiatives/projects of the Programme and successful transitioning outputs into operational use and successful business outcomes
· Extensive experience of operating within an ERP project/programme management life-cycle methodology with associated processes and governance
· Experience of managing projects/programmes within an enterprise PMO environment.
· Understanding and experience of applying project, programme and change management models, methodologies and techniques – included earned value analysis and management
· Strong information gathering, judgement and decision making skills in a complex, multi-dimensional Programme
· Extensive experience and skills in managing third parties to deliver Programme components within a Public Sector Procurement environment
