My client is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, ideally QFA. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients but if not strong previous advisory experience is desired. The role would suit a candidate with extensive sales experience with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
The role does not require cold calling and there is a book of business to work on with no requirement to bring over your book of business from current role.
Potential earnings of up to (OTE €150k Year 1, incl. base & commission) plus great benefits.
Your Experience and Skills
- QFA Essential
- 2+ years experience selling to High Net Worth individuals would be an strong advantage
- Previous experience in an advisory role selling full financial suite products (pension, investments, Life assurance etc.)
- Track record in closing new investor business
- You will possess traits such as being goal orientated, team player, driven and hungry who works well under pressure.
Your Responsibilities
- Meeting with prospective clients for the purpose of gathering new clients and assets for the firm.
- Qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments
- Substantial phone time (no cold calling) and direct consultative selling.
