My client is a large professional who provides a range of services and solutions. They are seeking a service desk Co- Ordinator for immediate start to look after the Ireland and UK support of the business. The success candidate will provide end to end support to their customers to ensure there business needs are met.
Candidates must have customer service, call centre background or have worked in reception/front of house for 2 years. This is a fast-paced role and experience is required.
The successful candidate will be required to
- Provide excellent customer care to our client’s customers
- Create reports
- Trouble Shoot and create solutions
- Provide flexibility for clients with requirements
- Answer tickets
- Provide a range of services around the clients space management needs
- Provide onsite customer support where required
- Respond to clients within SLA’s
The ideal candidate will be required to have
- Previous customer care experience within hospitality, call centre or a receptionist background is a must – at last 2 years
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
- Good team player
