Our client, a leading customer experience (CX) solutions provider, seeks a Solution Architect to help transform their business from a transactional service provider to a strategic partner. This role is key in designing innovative CX solutions to meet operational and commercial goals, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions that drive revenue and meet client needs.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and consulting on solutions.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
- Create designs, business cases, and resource plans for effective ROI.
- Identify risks and dependencies, contributing to presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in a similar
- In-depth BPO (Ideally) and CX industry knowledge, with expertise in AI and automation.
- Strong consultative skills to understand client needs and co-create solutions.
- Ability to create business cases, balancing client and commercial goals.
- Problem-solving skills with a strategic, cost-effective approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration and client relationships.
- Experience in design thinking and presenting complex solutions effectively.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid model: office, home, and client site visits within Ireland.
- Salary - €100-110K +
