Sr Process Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:

· As a member of our team, you will actively participate in areas of product development and released product management including sustaining operations project, process design & development, product lifecycle management, day to day run the business activities and post market quality and regulatory requirements.
· Take initiative & lead a team to solve problems or execute on processes and systems.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, execute, and deliver on project requirements.
· Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
· Identify and carry out practical actions to solve technical problems using your new and existing skills in project management, lean sigma, and process development.
· Lead and support the process development, characterisation, and validation activities for changes to commercial products.
· Collaborate, document, and present all learnings to project and functional teams.
· Ensure effective stakeholder management and establish governance processes for communication and escalation.
Key Skills & Experience
· Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
· Good understanding of product and process design
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a talented team and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated problem solving ability and experience with lean/six sigma tools.
· Good understanding of product and process design
· Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships.
· Good organizational, presentation and project management skills
