We are looking for a Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across our Life Sciences clients in our MSP programs.
This role is focused on ensuring you are driving delivery and building relationships across all our Life Science clients. Maintaining a Client First approach every time and finding the talent they need in the time they need it.
Key Responsibilities
- Build personal network of candidate and client contacts.
- Increase Hires across departments for our clients by building relationships with key stakeholders within the business units
- Source and qualifying candidates for our clients positions
- Meet or exceed target KPIs
- Qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
- Support and influence the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process through to placement and settling in period
- Develop, maintain, and manage client contacts
- Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity including building client relationships, attend networking events and similar, research and marketing
- Take ownership for personal and professional development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from the department and wider Cpl group
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to Talent Partners and other consultants
- Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
- Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Candidate Management System is up to date and of the highest quality
- Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification, develop client relations and raise personal and company brand awareness.
- Supporting the wider Life Sciences team on delivery across all our clients
- Support AL cover across the team
Requirements for this role
- 3+ years of life sciences/ engineering recruiting experience
- Qualify and/or disqualify candidates to present the best resources to our life sciences clients.
- Recruit a wide variety of exciting skill sets for our well-established and new clients.
- Work in a synergistic work environment while recruiting active and passive candidates by utilizing state of the art recruiting tools and job boards
- Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
- Proven Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
