Zoo Crew

Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for Zoo Crew with Driving Duties on a temporary full-time basis, covering the Belfast area, with a starting salary of £13.05 per hour

Responsibilities:

With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:

·        Deal with visitors entering the relevant site, signposting, providing venue information, conducting tours, receiving fees for admission and to participate in promotional activities

·        Carry out duties in the souvenier shop including, sales, restocking, pricing and customer service

·        Cleaning duties such as removal of waste, emptying bins, cleaning shared spaces, for example, the sweeping, mopping, polishing, litter picking and other relevant duties, of all public and staff areas, and toilets. To operate and use mechanical and electrical cleaning and polishing equipment.

·        Undertake general and specific labouring duties as directed, for example, dismantling, maintenance and storage of seating.

·        Be responsible for driving visitors around the site as required

Requirements:

·        5 GCSE’s to include English

·        Possess a full current driving licence and access to a form of transport

·        One years relevant experience dealing with members of the public in a face to face environment

·        1-2 years cash handling and customer service experience

·        Previous cleaning experience

·        Available for cover on weekends and bank holidays as required
