Lisa is part of the Talent Evolution Group within Cpl. Her responsibility is people management and managing delivery teams on client recruitment requests. Lisa has over 10 years of people management, sales, and recruitment experience in different aspects of recruitment from contingent and in-house up to developing talent and organisational strategy in MSP and RPO programmes.
Lisa is fortunate to have the experience in Global Banking/ Credit Industry, Fintech, Lifesciences/ Engineering, and the Public sectors which have played a pivotal role in her growth and development to implement continuous improvement practices to manage clients’ expectations and teams’ delivery and improve recruitment experiences.
