​Shyni has been working in the Pfizer recruitment delivery team with Cpl since 2017. Shyni researches, identifies and qualifies suitable candidates for diverse roles for the pharmaceutical company, Pfizer for all their sites in Ireland.

Sourcing both nationally and internationally, she delivers candidates on a tight timeline to fill project and ongoing requirements. With a BSc and MSc in Chemistry, her knowledge and insight into the Life Sciences sector ensures she has a good understanding of role requirements.
