​Mariuta-Mihaela Iliut is a Recruitment Administrator specialising in onboarding for over 2 years at Cpl.

She started her career in Aviation as Cabin Crew where she provided exceptional services to passengers all the way to their destinations. With the experience and knowledge she gained in carrying out pre and post flight checks, she ensured that constant customer service, safety, and comfort were always provided at a high standard throughout all her flights.

Her experience and knowledge of over 5 years in the Aviation Industry and Customer Service environment helped her continue and progress in her career. She started as a Recruitment Administrator where she was responsible for candidates’ files and continued to focus both on Administration and Recruitment. She covered all the onboarding pieces for front-line roles at Dublin and Cork Airport such as Airport Search Unit officers (ASU), Customer Service Agents, Retail Assistants, Facilities, Landside Operations, and Carpark Agents. The process of the files included a full 5-year background check on candidates, references check, and garda vetting checks.

Now she is part of the financial team where she continues her administrative role. This position is a fast-paced and challenging environment, offering proven customer service skills and the ability to execute all tasks with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. She is responsible for the onboarding piece, a whole process of full background checks on candidates in high-risk roles and low-risk roles which include full 6 years employment history, reference checking, and ID verification on a candidate.
