​Over the last year we have had some roles that we have needed to fill quickly, Aisling would always be my immediate “go-to” to help source some potential candidates and never fails to do an excellent job. I registered with CPL shortly after arriving in Dublin and began a temporary position quite quickly. CPL were able to place me in temporary positions that suited what I was looking for and that supported my longer term career goals. When I began my most recent placement at a call centre in the banking sector I was keen to take up a permanent position when it became available and felt that CPL were a great support during the process. I would definitely recommend taking temporary roles with CPL as I found my experience with them to be a really positive one.

My experience with Cpl was positive from start to finish. Shauna Porter was extremely helpful, after emailing her directly with regards to a job advertisement she reached out within half an hour. She organised both interviews for me and made the process really simple. Before my interview, I met with Shauna for some pre interview tips which really helped me relax. Within a week from the initial phone call from Shauna, I had been offered the job. As the lockdown commenced and I was still waiting for my start date to approach, Shauna was in contact regularly to check in and keep me posted on any news from Simmons & Simmons. Even after I had started, she called to check in to see how I was settling in. I now have a new career ahead of me with exciting opportunities to further progress within law and this would not have been at all possible without the help from Cpl and the efficiency, organisation and professionalism demonstrated by Shauna.
