​With 15 years recruitment experience, Claudia leads a large team of specialist recruiters across contract, permanent and interim positions in the Customer Success, Content Review and Multilingual Sales space.

Managing end to end recruitment assignments for clients, resource planning and enhancing name and brand of the Cpl Language Jobs division, Claudia’s focus is also to foster and enhance her team’s capabilities while driving a culture of high performance through both candidate and client focus and accountability.

During her time with Cpl, Claudia and the Cpl Language Jobs team has worked with a wide range of companies from small start-ups to global institutions, managing talent acquisition from one-off strategic hires to large volume of language-based projects and multilingual sales staff.
