Join our client, a global leader in the digital advertising industry! We're looking for a motivated Account Coordinator to support the Global Media Sales Team. You'll be the go-to person for handling ticket requests, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising optimizations and feature adoptions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Account Team with Excel-based reporting, account analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Deliver client-facing reporting and insights.
- Coordinate with Ops teams for creative updates and changes.
- Track and complete tasks using a ticketing system.
- Analyze account health and provide optimization suggestions.
- Innovate tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Stay updated on new product releases and reporting features.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
- Eager to learn about the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Advertising Certification 🎓
- Proficiency in Excel: VLookups, Pivot Tables, and data analysis 📊
- Background in Search/Programmatic/Display media or 1+ years in digital media sales/service.
