Account Manager & Key Account Managers (Polish plus English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new business partners to our Client's Marketplace in Poland.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Polish business partners, supporting them through the registration process and helping them participate in international programs like Prime and FBA.
- Empower selling partners to master our Client's tools and systems, ensuring they can efficiently manage their catalogue, inventory, and performance.
- Drive the growth of our Client’s third-party business in selected categories, achieving business and financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with global counterparts on interdisciplinary projects to enhance customer and seller experiences.

Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Polish (verbal & written).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Highly organized and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience in retail and/or a technology/eCommerce business.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
