Accounts Assistant / Contractor Care Administrator

Over the last 50 years Kenny-Whelan & Associates established itself as Ireland’s leading supplier of Contract Personnel to multi-national corporations operating in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device industries.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Contractor Care Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our internal systems and ensuring smooth communication and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage internal systems to support the Business
• Responsible for sending Monthly Timesheet Reminders for site-based contract personnel
• Liaise with Clients and Internal stakeholders
• Manage and follow up on Purchase Orders
• Follow up on payroll queries
• Reporting on Key Client Accounts
• Any other ad hoc Administrative duties that arise
Interested candidates, ideally, will have:
• 5 years+ proven experience working in a similar role
• Proficient with Ms Office Suite
• High level Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
