The job : Administrative Assistant (finance industry) - Frankfurt
Our client is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance and related asset services with staff across 50 office locations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP’s.
· Design, set-up and handle day-to-day workflows and the office administration
· Handling of day-to-day basic administration work related to clients closely collaborating with the senior team in Frankfurt
· Responsible for preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
· Critically review presentations as well as design and coordination of various materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow up, etc.)
· Assist MD and senior staff in monthly performance review
· Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports
· Provide full administrative support including photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
· Assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
· +2 years’ previous experience in an Administrative Assistant within a Finance environment.
· You have a college diploma and/or university degree or educational certificate.
· You speak and write in English and German fluently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at an intermediate level.
· Superior organizational skills and being open for taking over a lead role in setting-up the office organization.
· High degree of detail orientation and professionalism.
