B2B Marketing Manager
Cpl Marketing Recruitment are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join a Technology company in Dublin City Centre. In this hands-on, standalone role, the person will take ownership of the company's marketing function and propel the growth of the business. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and oversee the marketing plan in close collaboration with the company's directors, further business in Ireland and spearhead product launches in international markets. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of an Irish tech company at a pivotal point in its growth journey.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and implement innovative B2B marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, customer acquisition, and market growth.
• Collaborate on new market development plans, with a focus on performing market & segment research, conducting competitor analysis and developing relevant marketing initiatives.
• Elevate the company's brand through compelling content and innovative campaigns.
• Formulate a comprehensive content plan, manage B2B social channels, and drive engagement, awareness, and website traffic.
• Prepare and oversee PR campaigns, write articles, blogs; create and design white papers, social media posts, and product explainer videos.
• Craft proposals, presentations, product information sheets, and other essential sales and marketing collateral.
• Develop innovative campaigns and materials using both internal and external resources.
• Foster relationships with external agencies, software partners, trade associations, PR agencies, and governmental entities.
• Plan, organise, and host events, webinars for target sectors, and coordinate external speaker opportunities.
Skills and Experience required:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• An experienced content creator, skilled in crafting various types of collateral, including blogs, press releases, product information sheets and creative presentations.
• Proficient with CRM systems, WordPress, marketing automation and SEO tools, lead generation software, and webinar platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, has a collaborative mindset, and can function as a vital team player.
