Flexsource are currently looking for a Bar Manager to join a busy Hotel in Co.Kerry.
You will be responsible for the initial staff induction to the department and the ongoing training and development of all associates within the department. You are responsible for the stock within the department and the stocktaking of all departmental stock, maintenance and purchasing of glassware, cutlery, linen and equipment including maintenance of equipment within the department.
Responsibilities :
All bar and floor staff
Beverage Service on daily basis
Food and Afternoon Tea service
The Beverage Gross profit margin each month
The Labour costs of the department
Staff communication and training
Customer service of the department and guest satisfaction
Monthly promotional drinks and ideas to increase sales in the area.
Requirements :
3+ years experience in a similar role
3-5 years Bar managerial experience
Good cocktail knowledge essential and Mixology experience a plus
Proven experience in leading a F&B team.
Salary up to 40k DOE
Fully Flexible 5/7 days a week.
