BDR Sales Manager - German Speaker
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead a high-performing outbound BDR team. You'll guide your team to exceed monthly quotas and foster a culture of excellence.
Your responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics whilst hitting our wider strategic goals.
- Conduct 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation.
- Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Collaborate radically with your peers in the Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Enforce weekly scorecard reviews, identifying performance gaps.
Your profile:
- Based near Dublin (minimum 3 days per week in office)
- 1+ year managing BDRs
- Proven over-performance as Individual Contributor and Manager
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for training and development
- Data-savvy with focus on trend analysis
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Proficient with sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism)
- Detail-oriented with bias towards action
- Fluent in German and English
