Key Responsibilities:

- 🚀 Supplier Growth & Support: Assist suppliers in establishing and growing their platform presence, guiding them on market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and strategy.
- 💡 Innovative Category Management: Identify growth opportunities, propose innovative ideas, and implement projects through resource integration and merchant support.
- 📊 Market Analysis & Adaptation: Conduct industry analysis, explore customer needs through data insights, and adjust strategies in response to market trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, platform operations, or a similar role within e-commerce/online retail.
- Extensive network of connections with local sellers and vendors (a plus).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to drive insights, develop reports, and support project management.
- Innovative and resourceful mindset, skilled in crafting and guiding merchant marketing plans.
- Adaptable problem-solver, able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
