Remote - Change Management Consultant - 12-month Contract
My client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, seeks to hire an experienced Change Management Consultant on a 12-month contract basis. You will be responsible for establishing and enhancing their change management methodology and tools. This role will be pivotal in driving change initiatives, setting up a robust Community of Practice (CoP), and equipping trainers with the skills necessary to sustain change efforts across the organization. This is a contract role, payrolled via Cpl for a 12-month period. This role can be based remotely.
- Methodology Development:
- Partner with the OD lead to design and refine a comprehensive change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs.
- Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks that support various organizational initiatives.
- Tool Implementation:
- Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments.
- Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement.
- Training & Capacity Building:
- Develop and deliver a 'train-the-trainer' program to build internal capacity for change management.
- Support trainers in mastering the change management methodology and tools, enabling them to coach and guide their teams.
- Community of Practice (CoP) Development:
- Establish and facilitate a CoP for change management practitioners within the organization.
- Create a platform for sharing best practices, challenges, and success stories to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Change Leadership:
- Act as a change agent, providing expertise and support to leaders and teams in managing change effectively.
- Ensure alignment between change initiatives and organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their change management needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to promote buy-in and support for change efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices.
- Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in 'train-the-trainer' programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a Community of Practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role within a complex organizational structure - Preferred
