Cpl has an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade III) role in Wilton, Cork. This role will be a 3 month contract initially with the potential of extension for the right candidate. This is a day shift reception role (6 week roster)
- Monday – Sun
- 7am - 7pm
- Incentives for working weekend hours
- 210hrs over 6 weeks
- €15.95/hour
- Site based role
What you will be doing:
- Answering and directing calls as appropriate
- Meet and greet – checking in patients
- Verifying patient information on the IPMS software
- Sending out appointment letters
- Managing a busy switchboard/emergency line
- Liaising with various internal departments
- Front and back office duties
What you will need:
- Previous customer service/reception/administration experience a big plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - interpersonal skills are key
- High attention to detail and awareness of GDPR practices and confidentiality
- IT proficient and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
