The CNM2 will play a key leadership role in overseeing oncology services, ensuring excellence in patient care, and supporting staff development. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the oncology nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, promoting professional development.
- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Participate in audits, research, and education initiatives.
- Provide leadership in infection control, health & safety, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
- Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
