Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, are seeking to appoint a team of Compliance Administrators who will be required to work on a business process outsourcing (BPO) project with our client.
This role will on a fixed-term contract basis for approximately 6 months, and the working hours will be full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This role with involve fully remote working however the potential candidate must be willing to travel to Dublin to complete training and attend meetings with our client.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
• Monitoring all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure conformity with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Overseeing all compliance for applicants – reviewing documents, adhering to GDPR requirements.
• Maintaining registers of members of the designated profession.
• Verification and processing of applications for registration and recognition of qualifications gained outside the State.
• Communicating with applicants via email and telephone to request information and answer queries on the registration / recognition process.
• Answering inbound calls using appropriate telephone system
• Performing other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
Role Requirements
• Prior experience in a customer facing / administrative role is desirable.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, both independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient ICT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
