This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance officer to be part of Cpl Healthcare and take a lead in the Compliance function.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer will include but are not limited to the following
· Manage compliance requirements for agency workers: ensure Training, Garda Vetting, Permissions to work are valid and up to date
· Clear compliance verifications on MyCpl
· Ensure all emails and phones calls are dealt with in a fast and efficient way
· Process Cessation of employment requests
· Complete reference requests & letter requests for agency workers
· Ensure agency workers are on the correct incremental pay scale & review increments
· Ensure payments for Occupational Health & training courses are lodged
· Act as an escalation point for incidents and non-conformances
· Liaise with the Recruitment, Placement and Payroll department
· Ensure all incoming communication (Post & faxes) are managed and actioned & distributed to the appropriate teams
· Organising internal and external communications
· Complete regular audits for clients
