We are currently looking for Content Review Associates with French to join one of our clients. As business and customer base is growing, our client is expanding their Content Review team and looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic people to join.

Responsibilites:

·       Investigating and responding to inquiries within established guidelines and policies

·       Enforcing the clients Terms of Use 

·       Understanding and performing reviews following processes and procedures

·       Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions

Requirements

·      Fluent in English and French

·      Customer service experience is a plus

·      Eligible to work in Ireland (we don’t sponsor visa)

Offer and benefits:

·       Salary up to €29k annually
