Role: Customer Support Agent with fluent Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions over the telephone, according to the indicated processes and procedures
- Providing correct information to the customer such as balance statements, requests for additional cardholders and increasing credit limits
- Dealing with resistance conversations in a customer-friendly manner
- Providing product and service information upon customer request
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English
- You live within a radius of approximately 1 hour travel time to/from Barneveld and you like to come to our office (no hybrid/work from home)
- You are looking for something for a longer period of time
- Ideally, You have experience in customer service (personal, telephone)

Salary: Up to 2750 gross per month

Working Days/Hours: Rotational shift pattern - between 06:30am and 10pm (no night shifts)
Location: Barneveld, The Netherlands
Contract: Permanent
