Customer Service – Airline Support
German Speakers

We are happy to support your relocation, and no, we don’t need you to speak Hungarian. This is an office based opportunity. Working from home or in a hybrid mode is not an option.

Are you bubbly, proactive person with a can-do attitude? Would you like to work in an international team? We are looking multilingual (English + German speakers) to provide excellent customer service on behalf of our client, one the largest airline companies in Europe.
What are you going to do as Customer Support Executive?
The Customer Support Executive is accountable for resolving customers’ issues and problems by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat. We expect from our Executives:
· To provide answers and advice in a professional, courteous, and timely manner,
· To be knowledgeable about company products and services,
· Being able identify ways to improve the customer experience,
· Being ready to do an extra mile, with customers and colleagues.
Our ideal candidate is matching with these criteria:
· Fluency in German
· Fluency in English, as primary work language, is a must
· Basic product knowledge in Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite
· Previous contact centre experience or any other experience of working with customers, is desirable, but not essential
Desirable Skills & Competencies:
· Good communications skills and customer-oriented approach
· Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
What do we offer to our candidates?
· Permanent-full time contract with the base salary of 580,000 HUF (gross per month)
· “Cafeteria” benefits: up to 4% of the gross salary (T&C apply)
· Relocation package for candidates from abroad (T&C apply)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, earliest from 8am and latest till 7pm. Five days per week, with rotational shift pattern.
Location: Bartok – Budapest, Hungary
Work from the office. Remote work is not an option.
