Customer Service Specialist – Evening Shift - 5pm to 1am – US Market

My client, a multinational, medical device manufacturer based in Galway, seeks to hire a new Customer Service Specialist, to join their team, supporting their clients in the US market. This will suit someone who is able to work between the hours of 5pm and 1am, full time on-site. This is a permanent role, reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, paid with an attractive salary and shift patten allowance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.

·       Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.

·       Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner

·       Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.

·       Working in a safe manner at all times.

·       Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Fluency in spoken and written English.

·       Minimum 1 years’ experience working in customer service environment.

·       Strong communications skills.

·       Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

·       Ability to work 5 evenings onsite, from 5pm to 1am essential
