CPL Healthcare is now accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for our client who is established in Cork City. Our client is currently seeking a Deputy Manager for their service. Our client provides emergency accommodation to women, children and families who are experiencing homelessness. The Deputy Manger will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a service aimed at providing a welcoming, compassionate and professional service to all residents.
This position will involve working a 39 hour week with some flexibility around working hours and some out of hours on-call will be required. This is a 10 month maternity cover contract.
The ideal candidate will have:
· A recognised professional qualification in Social Care or an appropriate equivalent
· A minimum of four years post qualification experience
· Experience working within homeless services
