Our client is a Technical Services provider in the Life Science industry , as part of their expansion they are looking to hire a Junior Administrator / Documentation controller to work on site in Limerick.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to manage, organise and maintaining all project-related documents throughout the lifecycle of a project. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, easily accessible, and properly stored.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement document control procedures, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Receive, review, organise, and classify incoming project documents such as drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, and reports.
• Perform regular audits of the document management system to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to resolve any document-related discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Manage the change request process for document modifications, ensuring that changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved.
• Maintain a clear record of all changes made to project documents and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
• Third level qualification is desirable qualification ( could suit a Graduate with strong Administration skills).
• Proven experience as a junior document controller / administration assistant
• Strong knowledge of document management software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles and processes is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
The Offer
This role is a contract position with base salary depending on skills / experience expected range of €30,000-35,000 paid weekly with 23 days annual leave.
