Our retail client in Dublin West has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, for a 6-month contract, fully on-site. The successful candidate will support employees and managers, providing ER advice and guidance
Responsibilities Required:
· Creating and updating policy documentation and online resources.
· Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legislation.
· Responsible for ensuring that all calls are logged in the system.
· Working closely with Human Resource Team in the creation and communication of policies.
· Responsible for working with the Employment Relations Partner designing processes and line manager guidance tools to support continuous improvement.
Experience Required:
· 2+ years HR experience, with specific focus on Employee Relations.
· 3rd Level HR degree, or related qualification (Desirable)
· Strong Employment Law Knowledge
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient Excel skills
