Equipment Support Lead – Evening Shift

The main responsibility of the Equipment Support Lead is to manage a team of Operations Processors, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.

The key responsibilities in this role:

·      Drive a culture of continuous improvement among direct reports.

·      Programming and troubleshooting PLC control systems – Rockwell and Siemens.

·      Troubleshooting, fault finding and installing electrical control systems.

·      Troubleshooting and repairing high volume manufacturing equipment.

·      Planned and Unplanned Maintenance on Manufacturing Equipment.

Personal Specification:

·      Third level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science or trade certificate in an Engineering discipline.

·      5 years’ experience in a similar environment preferred.

·      Supervisory experience a distinct advantage

·      Knowledge of PLCs, Pneumatics, sensor circuits, and Servo Motors is advantageous.
